MEDUTI collects only what is needed to reply to you and to run this site. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics cookies, no selling of data. Last updated October 2026.
What we collect, and why
Contact and partner forms. When you send a form we receive the details you type in: name, e-mail address and message, plus company, phone, website, budget and timing if you fill those in. We use them for one purpose: to reply to your request and, if it becomes a project or a partnership, to work with you. Form submissions are stored on our own server and in our mailbox.
Partner referrals. If you arrive through a partner link, a referral code is stored in your browser (localStorage) for 90 days so the partner can be credited if your request becomes a project. The code contains no personal data.
Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser type) for security and troubleshooting. These are rotated automatically.
SEO scanner. The address you enter in the free scanner is sent to Google PageSpeed Insights to run the audit. We do not store the address or the result.
Chat assistant. The assistant on this site is a guided script that runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to a server.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no tracking cookies and loads no third-party analytics. It uses browser local storage for small conveniences only: remembering that you dismissed the chat prompt, and the partner referral code described above. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests the font files from Google's servers.
Who has access
Only MEDUTI. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties, except the service providers needed to run the site (hosting, e-mail) and when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept as long as needed to handle your request and, for clients and partners, for the duration of the relationship plus the legal retention period for business records.
Your rights
You can ask at any time what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use. One e-mail to info@meduti.com is enough and we reply within one business day.
